 Apply to Education     Starting September 1st, 2018 the Board will be using Apply to Education as our Automated Dispatch System.   Apply to Education for Employees - This website contains instruction for using the Apply to Education website.
Mandatory Health and Safety Training

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this training, please email health.safety.training@ocsb.ca for help.


New employees - As a condition of employment, within the first 45 days of employment you will be required to complete several online safety training modules set by Ontario legislation. Click on the link for more information.

Sabrina's Law - All employees will be assigned this training on an annual basis. You will receive an email from OCSB when you have been assigned the course. The course in safeSchools is called Health Emergencies - Life Threatening Allergies (version-Sabrina's Law (Ontario))

WHMIS- All employees will be assigned this training every three years. You will receive an email from OCSB when you have been assigned the course.


Concussion Information and ProceduresAll staff are expected to be aware of the OCSB Concussion Information and Procedures found on the Board website. Click the link on the left to access the Board website. 
 Offence Declaration As part of our mandate, Human Resources requires you to complete an Offence Declaration each year. To learn more and access:  click on Offence Declaration at left.
Declaration period for 2018-2019  opened June 1, 2018 and must be completed as soon as possible.

Viewing/Printing Your Pay-Stub Daily Occasional Teachers working at schools are NO LONGER required to enter timesheets in iMenu.
Timesheets are generated based on the jobs in Apply to Education.
